Shout it all out!
Blogger has always been a great avenue for dissent net citizens to voice their bloody 2 cents worth of cock & bull. It probably serves as the Ying & Yang balance like in the Martial Arts Tai Chi.
Lately, I feel that blogging has probably caused much distress to the blogger themselves.
Why?
Just 2 weeks ago, one of blog site I frequented has closed its doors. Through a contact of mine, the main reason for shutting it up is that she felt her privacy has been intruded. She felt that her colleagues would have cast a different light once they knew that she was on the web. Well, some of you would probably argue that if she is afraid that her private life is known to public, then why bother to hang your life story for all out to see.
However, the very purpose of a blog is to ensure that everyone and anyone is able to let it loose on the web.
Lately I felt the heat too. I dread the idea of people asking me for my blog address, simply because as more of your friends/relatives/colleagues knew about it, the harder for it to become an avenue for out pouring of emotions.
So pissed!
